Your own laptop, reliable high-speed internet (we test it during screening) and a backup mobile with data.
How do raises work?
We hold regular salary reviews. Any raise or bonus agreed with the UK company goes to you in full.
Is there training and career progression?
Yes. We offer training and certifications, and clear progression paths as you grow with your UK team.
What support does the local team give?
Onboarding help, regular check-ins, guidance on working with UK teams, career coaching, and support with any workplace issue. We're based in Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, work UK business hours and are available in person or online.
